Automatic flight detection
An OGN/FLARM receiver writes position beacons straight into the system. Take-offs and landings are detected automatically and appear in the flight log as in-progress flights — you just review and approve them.
Composite billing engine
A flight's price is the sum of every matching rule — flight fee, tow fee, instructor fee and more. Admin-defined IF/THEN rules with effective dates mean historical flights always bill at the price that was active when they flew.
Rules that protect the club
The same engine powers qualification checks — student-pilot limits, medical validity, ratings — so an unqualified crew assignment is caught before the flight is billed.
